Subject: Invitation to watch Darwin150 webcast tonight 9/16 @8pm ET?

Folks,

The Darwin150 series - a campaign to celebrate the 150th anniversary  
of the publication of Darwin's "Origin of Species" - kicks off  
tonight, Wed. 9/16 at 8pm ET live from Harvard via webcast.

The speaker, Everett Mendelsohn, is one of the founders of the social  
history of science and he'll be speaking on "The World Before Darwin."

I highly recommend you register for the free webcast and watch it  
tonight (or go to Harvard if you are in the Boston area). I'll be  
watching it - and, in fact I'm a volunteer with this global effort to  
celebrate the 150th anniversary of the publication of Darwin's "Origin  
of Species."
